Living in a Historic Landmark—A comfortable holiday home completed in 2020 that sleeps up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The holiday home has a living area of approximately 120 square metres. In addition, the holiday home features a spacious wraparound balcony with plenty of room and a private basement, which is ideal for storing bicycles, for example. There are 2 parking spaces for vehicles right next to the house. Our holiday home is a smoke-free property where parties and other events are not permitted. We’ve furnished our home so that people—especially families—can enjoy a holiday here. For this reason, we do not accommodate repairmen or tradespeople. The holiday home is located in Unnau-Stangenrod, a town in the heart of the Upper Westerwald, right next to the Westerwald-Steig trail. Here you’ll find the ideal starting point for long hikes or bike rides through enchanting countryside, far from the noise and hustle and bustle of tourist centers.

With 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we offer plenty of space for families with grandparents, families with up to 4 children and a baby, couples, friends, or even two families staying together. Up to two people can stay on the ground floor, as it features a kitchen, dining room, and living room, as well as one of the bedrooms and a bathroom.
On-site costs: Included: electricity, heat, water, paper towels and hand towels, bed linens, final cleaning, firewood, Wi-Fi. No accommodation for construction workers or tradespeople. The following services are available by arrangement: use of the washing machine and dryer. Cancellation: • Free of charge up to 60 days before arrival • 20% of the total price from 59 to 15 days before arrival • 50% of the total price starting 14 days before arrival • If the property is re-rented, you will receive your deposit back minus a processing fee

Wir haben schöne Tage in diesem architektonisch wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbracht. Betten, Einrichtung- alles TipTopp.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Bad Marienberg.
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung . Alles ist sauber und liebevolle gestaltet. Die Aussicht draußen ist wunderschön. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur ein paar Minuten von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.
Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, es gibt eine Schaukel und die Hasen draußen, die Kinder sind sehr glücklich. Wir liebten auch das Design und die Einrichtung des Hauses.
Ein tolles Ferienhaus, die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Gastgeber aufsuchen, um in deren Ferienhaus Urlaub machen zu können.
Sehr schönes, großzügig gestaltestes Ferienhaus, sehr nette Vermieter. Wir haben hier ein sehr schönes langes Wochenende verbracht. Es hat alles gepasst. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Familie Müller war freundlich und unaufdringlich. Wir waren über Ostern dort. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Mischung aus altem Bauernhaus mit freigelegtem Fachwerk und top modernisierten Bädern und Zimmern ist wirklich sehr gelungen.
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem 9 jährigen Kind angereist. Mit zwei Bädern und drei Schlafzimmern sind wir uns zu keiner Zeit in die Quere gekommen. Vor dem Haus ist eine kleine Terrasse, die wir dank gutem Wetter für einen gemütlichen Grill-Nachmittag nutzen konnten.
Unsere fünf Fahrräder haben ebenfalls in einem abschließbarem Kellerraum genügend Platz gefunden.
Einziges Manko waren die Stühle... für unseren Geschmack wurde das Hartplastik nach einem langen geselligen Abend doch irgendwann etwas unbequem... Das ist allerdings Geschmackssache und wir hätten auch einfach auf die bequemere Couch ins Wohnzimmer umziehen können...
Und falls man nur in dunklen Räumen gut schläft, sollte man sich noch etwas zum abdunkeln mitnehmen, da die Vorhänge nicht aus Verdunklungsstoff sind.
Fazit: Wir hatten ein schönes Osterwochenende im Westerwald bei einer sympathischen Gastgeber-Familie und können das Haus guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. :-)
Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten mitten im Winter eine schöne Zeit. Einziges Manko: Man stößt sich als großer Mensch öfters den Kopf an niedrigen Türen und Balken.
Die FeWo Leni ist insbesondere für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Das denkmalgeschützte Haus wurde von den Vermietern sehr liebevoll und solide renoviert und wo möglich mit hohem Standard modernisiert. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, bei schönem Wetter lädt der umlaufende Balkon zum Verweilen ein. Für Kinder findet man Puzzles, Spiele, CD's, Bücher und auch Bobbycars u.a.m. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und auch sonst immer ansprechbar👍. In der Umgebung sehr zu empfehlen der Wild- und Kletterpark in Bad Marienberg, das GeoInformationszentrum und Landschaftsmuseum in Hachenburg und für die Liebhaber eines besonderen Tropfens die verschiedenen Brennereien. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!
