Lage top, Investitionen notwendig

Bei Ankunft und erstem Anschauen fanden wir Gummibärchen vom Vorgänger im Schrank, außerdem wohl auch Haare im Abfluss im OG. Insgesamt ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, Fenster waren zwar wohl geputzt, was man an den Schmierecken erkennen konnte. Geschirr z. T. dreckig, allerdings hat die Spülmaschine auch nicht gut gereinigt. Selbst putzen wäre theoretisch möglich gewesen, aber ein Staubsauger, dessen Abdeckung des Schalters lose herumbaumelt, so dass Kabel offen baumeln und ein uralter siffiger Wischmopp sind auch da irgendwie nur ein Puzzleteil im Gesamteindruck. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Erwähnen möchte ich aber auch die schönen neuen Möbel im EG, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und die Top Lage in einem gepflegten Umfeld. Ich denke bei Investitionen in Staubsauger, Matratzen und einer neuen Reinigungskraft ist dieses Haus zu empfehlen.
