Beautiful home and view but many disappointments. Location was difficult to find because there was no street sign. The host said there was a street sign but we stopped at the corner and saw no street sign. In the backyard, there was one extra large jacuzzi, swim-spa style tub above ground. The ad said pool and jacuzzi. It was not what we envisioned. (Lesson: Ask your host what they define as pool and jacuzzi. Is it above or below ground?) Inside the house was fairly clean except for a long strand of hair in the freezer and a long strand of hair in a bathroom tub. During the trip, we notified the host that we needed more toilet paper/paper towels. We were told by the host of the amount that was left in the home and did not receive anymore. (Lesson: Ask your host if you run out of something, whether they have someone available to give you more. Or, bring extra toilet paper rolls/paper towels from home. The store is not around the corner because you are in the country.) The porch light was out and there was hot water throughout the house except one bathroom. The guest had to shower in another bathroom. Host was notified of the hot water in bathroom not working but no one came to fix it. (Lesson: Ask your host before you rent a property that if something is not working right, if there will be someone available to come look at it and get it fixed.) In conclusion, research the property you are interested in and ask the host questions about their service BEFORE YOU RENT!!
