This cosy, largely new and modernly furnished, thoroughly renovated, and four-star (DTV), is situated in a quiet part of an apartment building, just about 150 m from the large, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the expansive, lively, and beautiful promenade with charming shops and many great restaurants. As a special highlight, the new Dünenpark—just a few steps away across the promenade, right behind the dike—has opened, featuring many trendy shops, chic restaurants, and bars, as well as a beach club. An absolute must-see… for all Grömitz fans

The dog beach is also not far away; of course, your four-legged friend is always very welcome here.

Internet access is, of course, free for our guests.

For gamers of all ages, we’ve set up a PlayStation 4 Pro with games included.

The “Wiking” apartment complex features two lifts right in the apartment access area.

The living space of this approximately 43 m² holiday apartment is divided into a modern living and dining room, equipped with very comfortable box-spring sofas and a pass-through to the separate, brand-new, and stylish kitchen with all the trimmings; a hallway; a chic bathroom with a large, double rain shower with a low threshold and a heated towel rack, a makeup mirror, etc., as well as a nice, separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed without a footboard and new, very comfortable box-spring mattresses (180 x 200 cm / separate mattresses), an extra flat-screen TV with Amazon Fire TV & Netflix access (please bring your own login credentials to activate the service) and a built-in safe in the closet. (You can obtain the key for the safe upon request from the property management)

There are plenty of USB charging stations installed in the bedroom and living room for your mobile devices.

If you would like to use dressing gowns free of charge during your stay, please reserve them before your trip with the property management—who will contact you in advance—for hygiene reasons.

To block out light, the holiday rental is equipped with exterior blinds and blackout roller shades.

The southeast-facing balcony is furnished with rattan patio furniture and features a retractable awning that covers the entire balcony.

The holiday apartment is a non-smoking unit; however, smoking is permitted on the balcony.

The apartment includes a private parking space: No. 8—the parking space on the right side of the driveway leading to the apartment building.

In the modern living room, which features very comfortable box-spring (sleeper) sofas, there is a large flat-screen multimedia TV with Netflix access and an Amazon Fire TV Stick, as well as a DAB hi-fi system. As a highlight, we’ve also provided a PlayStation PS-4 Pro for our guests’ entertainment in the living room.

DVDs, Blu-rays, and board games are, of course, also included.

A private, lockable basement storage room (Apartment No. 21) belonging to the apartment is available for bicycles.

Coin-operated appliances (washing machines and dryers) are available in the communal laundry room

Smoking is permitted exclusively on the balcony.

An information folder containing all kinds of helpful and useful information is available in the living room.

A travel cot for babies, including a mattress, and a high chair are available for free use on-site.

Bedding and towels are provided free of charge as a linen package for the number of guests booked.
The linen package includes: 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per guest, as well as 1 bath mat and 1 tea towel for the entire duration of the stay. The beds are made upon check-in for the number of guests booked.
