Generator great for filling the clawfoot tub with strong water pressure, charging batteries when solar is limited. Propane used for the stove, refrigerator, and hot water heater (pilot light may need to be lit — instructions provided).
Guests should be comfortable starting a generator and lighting a pilot light. Clear instructions are provided, and everything is straightforward.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Ensure both the front door and gate are padlocked when exiting.
All trash can be taken to the silver can in the adjacent shed to ensure no critters can access.
Please make sure all food is scraped and rinsed off of dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
