This is such a beautiful condo, just a short walk to the private beach area. The home is well-appointed with a fantastic kitchen set up, new appliances, new carpet, and it’s so, very clean! Many beach houses have that musty mildew smell and dated furnishings, but this space is fresh, has super comfortable beds and bedding, and a ton of seating in the living areas. The views of the water from the living area and primary bedroom balconies are amazing, as well. Our child is now older, but the owner has been very thoughtful about having everything you could need for a baby/toddler including: high chair, crib, changing area, gates, safety bumpers for the bunk beds, kids plates, cups, and utensils…I wish I had this set up on vacation when mine was little! The only downside is that the primary en suite bathroom is pretty small, but I do appreciate that both showers have adjustable, hand held shower heads, this is so much easier for bathing kids and for getting sand out of all the nooks and crannies! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I didn't just choose this neighborhood—I chose the place that has always felt like home.

My family has been vacationing at this exact condo since I was born, and my parents were coming here long before I was. It's where some of my favorite childhood memories were made, and now I get to watch my own children make theirs.

What makes Silver Dunes so special isn't just the beautiful beach—it's the community. Nearly everyone we meet has a story like ours. Families have been returning for generations because this place has a way of becoming part of your family's traditions.

Unlike many larger resorts, Silver Dunes feels peaceful and personal. The low-rise buildings mean the beach never feels overcrowded with endless rows of chairs, and the private beach access makes every trip to the sand easy. The gated courtyard becomes a gathering place where kids play wiffleball, spikeball, football, and make new friends while parents relax nearby.

Throughout the summer, the community hosts family events like live music, movies on the lawn, s'mores nights, and holiday celebrations that bring everyone together. It's the kind of place where neighbors become friends and vacation traditions are passed down from one generation to the next.

To us, Silver Dunes has never been just a vacation destination.

It's our home away from home, and we're honored to share it with your family.

What makes this property unique

Before starting our family, I moved to New York to pursue fashion design. Design has always been part of who I am. But when I came home and became a mom, that passion took on a new purpose. I knew I wanted to create something that made family vacations easier, more beautiful, and more meaningful.

Traveling with young children was, without question, the hardest kind of travel we had ever experienced. Every rental brought new worries—forgotten essentials, unsafe spaces, sleepless nights, and the constant feeling that we were living out of suitcases instead of actually relaxing.

I wanted to change that.

My goal was to create a home where parents could truly exhale. That's why you'll find a fully stocked nursery, high chairs, bath toys, books, toys for every age, flexible sleep arrangements, beach gear, and so many of the little things that make traveling with children feel manageable.

But I didn't want it to simply be practical.

I've stayed in too many vacation rentals that felt empty—where everything beautiful had been removed because it might get broken, and where the kitchen had only the bare minimum. I wanted this home to feel warm, inviting, and lived in. People told me I was crazy for decorating it this way, but I believed guests would appreciate being treated to a space that felt like a true home.

The kitchen was designed for gathering, not just cooking. It's stocked so families can prepare meals together without wishing for one more pan or serving bowl. The living spaces were intentionally created so everyone has room to spread out, play games, laugh, and simply enjoy being together.

If an afternoon storm rolls in and keeps you off the sand, I don't want you counting the hours until the sun comes back out. I want you to love being here. I want the memories made inside these walls to be just as meaningful as the ones made on the beach.

This isn't just a vacation rental.

It's the home I spent years dreaming about creating for families like yours.
