Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean kitchenware or place in dishwasher. Remove food from refrigerator and cabinet.
Do not leave damp towels piled up as to avoid them developing mold.
Take out trash. Trash may not be stored on the patio or porch. Cardboard boxes must be broken down before being placed in dumpster.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenants will not move or rearrange any furniture.
Tenants will keep the premises clean, sanitary and in good condition. Upon termination of the tenancy, the tenant will return in tidy condition.
Tenants must promptly report to the Landlord via email and text message any system or equipment failure.
