Each room has its own A/C unit.
The remote controls are mounted on the walls.
In the living room, there are two A/C units:
• One remote is on the wall next to the sofa.
• The second remote is on the opposite wall between the windows.
Please turn off all A/C units when leaving the house.

TVs & Entertainment
Each bedroom has its own Smart TV with cable TV and streaming applications.
You are welcome to log into your personal streaming accounts (Netflix, etc.) during your stay. Please remember to log out before departure.

Sleeping Arrangements
• The house has 3 bedrooms, each designed for 2 guests.
• Additional sleeping space is available on the sofa bed in the living room.
Bedding and sheets for the sofa bed can be found in the master bedroom walk-in closet.

Doors & Security
• The main entrance door locks automatically when closed.
• The sliding doors must be locked manually — please make sure they are fully secured when you leave the house.

Property Maintenance
To keep everything well maintained:
• The pool maintenance service comes every Wednesday during the day.
• The gardener comes every second Friday.
They may visit during your stay. Please allow them access to perform their work.

Fire Pit
If you use the fire pit:
• Please make sure it is completely extinguished before leaving the garden for the night.
• Wind can be strong, and it is dangerous to leave it burning unattended.

Wildlife
You may occasionally see a raccoon visiting the property.
You may also see beautiful local parrots known as lapas (macaws). They are harmless and part of Costa Rica’s natural charm

Trash
If you are staying for a longer period, please take the trash out regularly.
Garbage collection is Monday and Friday at 6:00 a.m.
Please leave the trash in the blue plastic barrel outside the house.
We recommend placing the garbage out on the same morning the truck passes, to avoid raccoons (mapaches) ripping open the bags.
