Our family has enjoyed the close proximity to both Clearwater Beach and to the quaint Downtown area of Dunedin. We are conveniently located between the 40 mile long Pinellas Trail and the walking path on Edgewater Drive. The Blue Jay stadium is .05 miles away to catch an afternoon or early evening game.
We are sure you'll enjoy the three comfortable bedrooms. The master has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin, xlong beds. There is also a twin potable bed and a pack and play available.
Downtown Dunedin has been named as best small town to retire. Showcasing Saturday morning farmer's markets, top-notch eateries, numerous local breweries, and the many festivals throughout the year, making it a great place to visit.
Our home is stocked with all kitchen utensils needed to enjoy occasional home cooked meals. Coffee maker with filters, blender, ice maker and grilling utensils are provided to make your stay comfortable.
Out back is a screened-in porch with two couches, a chair, and a dining table that seats four to enjoy all fresco dining. The area also has a wall mounted TV. The backyard has a gas grill, seating, and party lighting.
