Renovation of this historic Main Street property will have you staying in a modern 2-bedroom, one-bath condo. Building located minutes from downtown Sheridan. Guests can enjoy the proximity to nearby eateries and entertainment. Local favorites including The Rib and Chop Steakhouse, No Name Bar, Powder River Pizza, El Tapatio Dos, Wyo Thai Food Takeout, and the Silver Spur, all within walking distance. Check out our welcome packet upon arrival for guest discounts and perks.
* 1100 sq. ft private and quiet space. No shared walls with other units.
* Community bus stop.
* Off street parking. Space available for larger vehicles (RV's, horse trailers, etc.) please message when booking.
* Access to on-site 24 hr. Gym. Tanning available by appointment.
* Furnished kitchen with gas range (pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls, coffee maker (single/full pot), toaster, etc. Varieties of hot beverages are available.
* Queen beds contain a Twin XL trundle.
* Video Surveillance on site.
* Pets- No fenced area. Please ensure dogs are on a leash and cleaned up after.
*** Please be aware. Future units in the building are still under renovation during normal business hours. *Noise should be minimal**
