Step inside and you're welcomed by a warm, open-concept living space featuring soaring ceilings, rich wood finishes, and radiant-heated floors that keep the home cozy year-round. Large windows fill the great room with natural light, creating an inviting place to gather after a day exploring the lakes and local wineries – or one mile down the road you'll find Birdseye Hollow Farm and Distillery.

The kitchen at “The Cabin” is thoughtfully designed with granite countertops and ample prep space, creating the perfect setting for cooking, entertaining, and getting creative with your favorite recipes.

The Cabin at Birdseye Hollow offers three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The entry level bedroom has knotty pine accents and exposed wood beams in the ceiling, complete with a queen bed. Completing the entry level is a bathroom off the hallway with a stand-up shower.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, a picturesque view of the pond and an ensuite private bath with step-in, tile shower. The third bedroom offers another comfortable queen bedroom making The Cabin at Birdseye Hollow great for families and couple retreats alike!

Outside, there's no shortage of ways to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. Unwind on the covered deck, soak in the hot tub beneath the stars, or enjoy a leisurely stroll around the property with your dog. The spacious yard offers plenty of room to spread out, while a picturesque pond adds to the property's quiet, scenic charm—creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.

A wrap-around deck proves to be ideal for relaxing and entertaining alike—morning coffee with the birds, evening cocktails under the stars. Unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploring, or relax by the private pond, a peaceful retreat perfect for nature lovers. Deer frequently pass through, and you'll enjoy a variety of birds and local wildlife right outside your door. Please note that occupancy policies limit entertaining to a maximum group of six guests.

​​​​​​​NOTE: For guest safety, swimming in the pond is not permitted. However, the pond is stocked with fish and catch and release fishing is allowed.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
7. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
