Designed for comfort and convenience, each unit features modern finishes, stocked kitchens and stylish living spaces ideal for couples, families, or extended stays. Guests can unwind in the heated outdoor pool, enjoy the laid-back South Florida atmosphere, and experience effortless beachside living in a quiet, well-maintained setting.

This quiet coastal neighborhood offers easy, safe access to the beach, just minutes away by foot or bike. Restaurants and beachside bars are within a 10-minute walk or short drive, and a Publix grocery store is about 7 minutes away by car. The area features charming small hotels and apartment buildings, making it walkable, bike-friendly, and perfect for relaxed beach living.

Property access information will be provided the day prior to arrival. A lockbox code will be provided to retrieve the unit's keys.

Laundry: Washer & Dryer on site ($1.25 per load/per machine)

Beach access: to access the beach, simply come out of the unit and walk left towards street A1A. Turn left at A1A until the next crosswalk at NE 10th st. and using caution, cross A1A. Continue walking on NE 10th St. and you will reach the beach access entrance. There are beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels provided in the unit.
