Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem, einzeln stehenden Einfamilienhaus und ist modern eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt am Ortsrand. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenliege, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Gartenmöbel und Hof.

Crikvenica. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
