This cozy home is very close to the lakes & rivers for your outdoor adventures. It has an inviting bedroom with tremendous charm. Featuring a comfortable king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for our guests. The cozy living room offers additional space with 1 sofa bed, perfect for relaxation or accommodating extra friends or for the kids. You'll find all the necessary amenities like heat and AC. The bathroom is well-appointed with a hair dryer as well. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your stay one to remember. Excellent location for fishing, boating or exploring Bull Shoals Lake, Norfork Lake, and the White River. A quick 2 minute drive to Mountain Home for all of your shopping & restaurant needs. Plenty of parking space for boats or trailers next to the house. Cell service is good. Wi-Fi, board games, card games, & DVD player.
Located 5 minutes to Cranfield Marina, 6 minutes to Panther Bay Marina, 7 minutes to Lake Norfork Marina, 8 minutes to Robinson Point boat launch, 23 minutes to Cotter Trout dock for White River access, 30 minutes to Browns Beach on Bull Shoals lake… and many many more!

Very dated, old house smell, corn/food in sink, urine smell in bathroom. Old home not finished painting inside. Air conditioner in bedroom not working properly. Bed slept good.

This is a very old property that has been update to a point. But, the floors in the bathroom were soft and it felt like we could fall through at any minute. There is no central heat and air. The window unit was very loud, making if difficult to sleep. I am very sensitive to mold, and the minute I walked into this house, mold is all I could smell. Thankfully we were only staying there one night, otherwise I would have been sick from the mold smell. This could be a very nice place if a bit more work were put into it. It met our need for a place to stay for one night. I wouldn't want to stay here for a week at a time, in its current condition.
