Nevertheless, you can reach many important scenic spots by car in just a few minutes. Wasserkuppe, the high moors, Milseburg, as well as the towns of Hilders, Gersfeld, Hofbieber, the city of Tann, and the cathedral city of Fulda—and much more—are all less than 20 minutes away. Kreuzberg Monastery, the memorial sites at Point Alpha, and Wartburg Castle in Eisenach are 30–60 minutes away.<br><br><br><br>Milseburg Holiday Rental:<br><br>Our beautiful and peacefully situated holiday rental in the heart of the Rhön is new and warmly furnished. It is surrounded by the Wasserkuppe, Ehrenberg, Schafstein, and Milseburg. The well-equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher and a large dining table, has floor-to-ceiling windows and a French balcony. The modern living room (with a furnished balcony) and a single bedroom are right next door. The attic features two cosy bedrooms (each with a balcony) and the bathroom. All rooms have smooth, easy-to-clean floors.<br><br><br><br>On-site costs: Payment is due in cash upon arrival. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in: 14:00 - 18:00 Check-out: by 10:00 Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A cot and extra bed are available free of charge upon request. Tourist tax: 1 person/night.
