The Little House at Burke Basecamp is a private, trailside retreat designed with mountain bikers in mind. Ride directly onto Kingdom Trails from your door, then return to a secure, dedicated space for bike storage, tuning, and gear setup.

The upper level features a well-stocked kitchen, an open-concept living area, and a comfortable bedroom and full bath. Large windows and a private deck create a relaxed, light-filled space to unwind after a full day on the trails.

Set on 4 peaceful acres, the property offers privacy and quiet while still being just a short walk to the shops, cafés, and restaurants in East Burke.

Outdoor living includes a hammock, deck bar, BBQ, and Adirondack seating—perfect for post-ride recovery, gathering with friends, and enjoying the Northeast Kingdom lifestyle.

We are 3 minutes from the center of East Burke and we have direct access to the Kingdom Trails--ride right from the house! Lake Willoughby (named the 3rd-best lake in New England) is 30 minutes away — it is gorgeous, flanked by cliffs on either side and filled with cold, deep water. We are 6 minutes to Burke Mountain for downhill MTB or hiking.

The Little House at Burke Basecamp is our home, and we want to share it with you. Please respect our neighbors by staying on our property or designated trails. We appreciate you respecting quiet hours between 9 PM - 7 AM. No parties, please.

We LOVE animals but have very significant pet allergies, especially to cats, dogs, and horses. We understand that pets may be an important part of your family, and we hope you understand that if you bring them, it will have a bad effect on our family.

The whole place is yours to enjoy! We'll provide you with a code to the Schlage doorlock so you can check in any time after 4 PM.
