About this property

This beautiful apartment is in the historical center of Milan, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the city. You can walk everywhere, but it is also close to public transportation, restaurants and shops. You will be a 5 minute drive from the Malpensa Express (fast train from the airport), a short walk to the Duomo, La Scala, the Castello Sforzesco, Sant Ambrogio's cathedral , the Navigli, the old financial district, and the Vittorio Emanuele / Montenapoleone exclusive shopping area.

This is the apartment I grew up in and was recently our primary residence. It is warm, welcoming and well taken care of.

Whether you are visiting Milan for business or pleasure, this apartment is a wonderful base to explore the city. Be sure to discover your favorite bar, bakery and small restaurant from this lovely apartment.

There are 3 bedrooms and can fit up to 6 people. One bedroom has a queen size bed; the second bedroom has two twins (one pulls out); the third bedroom has bunk beds. There is plenty of closet space. There are one and a half bathrooms.

Hot water never runs out. We have central heat in the winter and air conditioning for the hot summers.

We are happy to offer our guests a complimentary massage provided in the apartment by a certified massage therapist during your stay! We look forward to sharing our lovely apartment with you.

We welcome families with kids of all ages, but you must be over 28 to rent the apartment!

Great location

The location is nice and very walkable to nearby attractions and shopping. A few minute walk to public transportation which can get you anywhere in the city. Beautiful apartment.

Great spot for our short family stay

Very nice apartment in a secure building in easy walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and the cathedral. Also easily accessible from the train station via tram/subway. Not over the top luxe, but is clean, well-taken care of, and has all of the conveniences needed (including central air conditioning for the whole apartment - a life-saver since it was 95-99 degrees during our stay). Host gave great recommendations and communication was easy and quick. We were only there for a couple of days, but would definitely stay again.

Heart of Milan

You simply cannot beat the location - steps from resturants and the heart of the city, and walking distance to the Duomo and many different sites. For a family of 5 or 6, the common areas and beds are perfect, and my family really enjoyed staying there.

In the heart of Milano

This property was beautiful, clean and walking distance to so many of Milan's treasures. A short 19-15 walk or metro ride from Santa Maria de la Gracia (which houses Leonardo da Vinci's Last Supper). Walk a similar distance and you can find yourself at the Duomo. The host was very friendly and responsive. We visited family who live a short walk away, and I highly recommended that they suggest this apartment to all of their visitors. My lack of Italian speaking ability was no problem for me when communicating with the ownen. They were quite helpful. Thank you for sharing your lovely home withy family (of 6). Side note there was plenty of space to spread out and find a quiet spot to relax.

Nice Roomy Apartment

Ora was excellent to deal with. Easy check-in and check-out with Dari. The elevator for the first-floor apartment (second floor for us Americans) is located about 8 steps up from the entrance. The location is great. walking distance to most of the nice areas. There is a cafe just down the street. We didn't have time to find a good restaurant in the area though. The apartment is spacious with a well-appointed kitchen which we never used. The central AC was nice with the warm weather. I loved the rolling European shutters to block out all the light and some of the noise. Milan is a busy city so it was a little noisy at times. The living room/dining room area was large for an Italian apartment. The water pressure was good with lots of hot water. It was nice to have the extra half bath, the first in our entire trip. The washer and dryer work great. We weren't used to European dryers so we didn't know we had to manually remove the water.

Great stay

We had a lovely weekend in Milan. Great communication with the property manager who met us at the door. Location was perfect for our visit . Plenty of living space for our family. Very clean with lots of bedding and towels. Appreciated the good selection of coffee in the morning. Highly recommend if you’re interested in being able to walk to all the sites near the Duomo.

Beautiful and Spacious

We can’t think of a better place to have stayed during our three days in Milano: very spacious for our family of five and within walking distance of all the sites, restaurants, cafes. Orla was exceptional in communicating with me and giving local recommendations. Property manager, Dani, met us with a warm welcome and a delicious welcome package.

An immersive way to experience Milan

Our time spent in Milan was beyond incredible. The memories we will have as a family will stay with us always and all positive. From the short walk to the Cathedral to the amazing small restaurants nearby, it was all perfect. The apartment was perfect for a family of 5. Clean, friendly, and enough space to go around. Très bien pour une famille

Bel appartement chambres confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée mais il manque un lave vaisselle Il faudrait changer les fenêtres pour une meilleure isolation phonique. Le camion poubelle à 5h du matin c’est mortel! Sinon l’appart est très bien placé. Pour les personnes qui viennent en voiture il faut bien expliquer AreaC pas du tout évident! Et le parking conseillé est bien placé mais j’ai payé 32€ par jour alors que l’info est donnée à 20€ par jour. La concierge Thérèsa m’a très bien reçue, heureusement qu’elle était là car je n’ai pas réussi à joindre Dani Serio

The apartment is in the heart of Milano, close not only to the Duomo, la Scala theater, the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio and more. It is in a small building, on a small road. You can see roman ruins out the window. It is a great base to explore from, shop, eat and do business. You can walk to trams and the M1 and M2 subway lines.
