About this property

This beautiful apartment is in the historical center of Milan, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the city. You can walk everywhere, but it is also close to public transportation, restaurants and shops. You will be a 5 minute drive from the Malpensa Express (fast train from the airport), a short walk to the Duomo, La Scala, the Castello Sforzesco, Sant Ambrogio's cathedral , the Navigli, the old financial district, and the Vittorio Emanuele / Montenapoleone exclusive shopping area.

This is the apartment I grew up in and was recently our primary residence. It is warm, welcoming and well taken care of.

Whether you are visiting Milan for business or pleasure, this apartment is a wonderful base to explore the city. Be sure to discover your favorite bar, bakery and small restaurant from this lovely apartment.

There are 3 bedrooms and can fit up to 6 people. One bedroom has a queen size bed; the second bedroom has two twins (one pulls out); the third bedroom has bunk beds. There is plenty of closet space. There are one and a half bathrooms.

Hot water never runs out. We have central heat in the winter and air conditioning for the hot summers.

We are happy to offer our guests a complimentary massage provided in the apartment by a certified massage therapist during your stay! We look forward to sharing our lovely apartment with you.

We welcome families with kids of all ages, but you must be over 28 to rent the apartment!

Great location to tour the city

Spent 3 nights in Milan and enjoyed all the main sites which are within easy walking distance from the apartment. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and it was great having a washer and dryer! We highly recommend eating at Da Zero pizza nearby - fantastic!

The location is nice and very walkable to nearby attractions and shopping. A few minute walk to public transportation which can get you anywhere in the city. Beautiful apartment.

Lovely apartment well located. Comfortable, quiet in nice residential area. Property manager most helpful in arranging car to airport when we had trouble scheduling a taxi. Would love to stay again.

Heart of Milan

You simply cannot beat the location - steps from resturants and the heart of the city, and walking distance to the Duomo and many different sites. For a family of 5 or 6, the common areas and beds are perfect, and my family really enjoyed staying there.

Wonderful Milan experience!

Great stay

We had a lovely weekend in Milan. Great communication with the property manager who met us at the door. Location was perfect for our visit . Plenty of living space for our family. Very clean with lots of bedding and towels. Appreciated the good selection of coffee in the morning. Highly recommend if you’re interested in being able to walk to all the sites near the Duomo.

Lovely Property in Fantastic Location!

An immersive way to experience Milan

Our time spent in Milan was beyond incredible. The memories we will have as a family will stay with us always and all positive. From the short walk to the Cathedral to the amazing small restaurants nearby, it was all perfect. The apartment was perfect for a family of 5. Clean, friendly, and enough space to go around. Beautiful and Spacious

We can’t think of a better place to have stayed during our three days in Milano: very spacious for our family of five and within walking distance of all the sites, restaurants, cafes. Orla was exceptional in communicating with me and giving local recommendations. Property manager, Dani, met us with a warm welcome and a delicious welcome package.

Perfecto!

The perfect Milan escape! Within walking distance to nearly everything you’d want to experience, this was a wonderful apartment! It is so spacious yet quaint. We all felt right at home immediately and settled right in. The property managers are so kind and welcoming and the owner was beyond helpful and accessible. If we ever are fortunate enough ti return we’d be lucky to stay at this percent Milan apartment again.

Spacious and clean apartment with everything we needed. The inside was reminiscent of grandmother’s comforting home! Truly convenient to EVERYTHING! Fabulous neighbourhood

So effortless. Ora was great to deal with. Amazing location. Walking distance to everything and a cute little street. It was a vintage 1950s experience. The big single pane windows were beautiful although street noise was certainly noticeable, especially the recycling and garbage trucks. But this goes with central Milan. I'd definitely stay there again. Good having two bathrooms with a family of four.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is in the heart of Milano, close not only to the Duomo, la Scala theater, the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio and more. It is in a small building, on a small road. You can see roman ruins out the window. It is a great base to explore from, shop, eat and do business. You can walk to trams and the M1 and M2 subway lines.
