This safe, comfortable 50 m² apartment is located in the resort town of Puerto del Carmen on the southern side of Lanzarote, one of the many sunny islands in Spain's Canary Islands. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom with a bathtub and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite television, as well as a radio, a fan, and a washing machine. The apartment affords a picturesque view of the Atlantic ocean and you can bask in the sun on your private open terrace. You can enjoy the shared garden and outdoor pool on the fenced property and a children's pool and outdoor showers are also available. The location of the apartment is excellent, just 150 m from the city center and the bars and restaurants there as well as the beach. Scuba diving facilities and a tourist center are just a 2-4-minute drive (2 km) away or you can it using the town's convenient public transportation system. Lanzarote Airport is just a short 10-minute drive (9 km) away.
Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
