• Outside: The patio area has sea views, a table and chairs for alfresco dining and two sun beds. The swimming pool is a communal one but is never very busy. There is also communal sun terracing with other sunbeds and stunning views of the sea and Puerto Del Carmen harbor. Utility Room: Iron and Ironing board supplied. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels are provided. Two sets of Towels are provided for a week. The bed linen is changed after one week.There is a communal washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Other: The apartment has air conditioning a must in the hot weather. It also heats, if it gets a little cooler in the winter months.
