This beautiful modern 1 bedroom apartment is finished to a high standard with everything you should need. It is situated in tropical, well maintained gardens, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. A 10 minute stroll will take you to the many restaurants, shops and forms of night life you could ask for. The local supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. The apartment has recently been fully refurbished and provides a brand new fully equipped kitchen including an oven and hob, fridge & freezer.
The complex is situated near the San Antonio Hotel in a peaceful complex. On the complex are two pools and with a plentiful supply of sunbeds and umbrellas, this makes it the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. With the airport only a 10 minute journey by car and all of Lanzarote's main tourist attractions all within easy reach, this really is the perfect accommodation for a great holiday. The apartment has everything you require including a bathroom with walk-in marble shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge. freezer and microwave. A 40" Smart TV on the wall with Firestick, plus a DVD player with movies for your enjoyment. PRIVATE WIFI - fee payable.

Number 14 is well placed within Playa Park. It is always spotless and well equipped. We feel at home straight away. We have stayed a number of times and are already booked for 2025!

Loved our stay, everything as described, fabulous location as we know the area well.Full size cooker a bonus although I didn’t use it….like to eat out. Toast was my strength a few times lol. Fans a bonus and didn’t use the air conditioning unit so can’t comment.Such a friendly little place and other guests/owners were lovely. Would definitely return, thank you.

My daughter and I stayed in Claire’s apartment for 10 days. It was a home from home. It was spotless and had everything in it that you would have needed. Great pool area and everyone was very friendly. It was also very close to the beach and shops. Would definitely stay in it again.

Apartment 14 is in the centre of the complex. It has lovely views towards the sea and is sunny all day. There was everything in the apartment that we needed. We book it each January for that essential winter break.

Great two week stay

We stayed in Claire’s apartment for 13 nights. Great apartment in a lovely and convenient location. There is everything in the apartment that you could possibly need for your holiday. The complex is very friendly and well looked after. The Pool Is very deep but lovely for a cooling swim, there are always plenty of sunbeds whatever time of day you choose to sit outside.

Very good facilities and some very good restaurants and bars close by.

Apartment was clean and tidy, and the access to both the park and the property were very simple to use. Feel that twin beds would be more comfortable due to the heat. Unfortunately the ceiling lighting in the bedroom was not working, but the fan was.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property in June 2015 after staying on the complex a few times. The apartment has been completely refurbished and modernised with all new furniture and appliances, lots of hard work and lots of love.

What makes this property unique

Bedrooms: Queen size bed & modern fitted mirrored wardrobes, a safe is fitted for your valuables.
Bathrooms: Luxurious shower-room with walk-in shower, hairdryer and washing machine.
Kitchen: Brand New April 2019 inc. oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you need for a self-catering break.
Living area: In the lounge is a large sofa. A 40" Smart TV on the wall with Firestick. A DVD player and a number of movies.
Cleaning/towels/linen: All bed linen, bath towels are provided. The property is cleaned for every new arrival. An additional mid-stay clean and linen change is available on request for a small charge of £400.0.
Check in arrival time is 2pm and check out is promptly at 10am on your departure day.
