The apt is very spacious, bright and with very simple furniture. The bedrooms and bathroom are also spacious. It has air conditioner. There is a very spacious terrace / balcony to lie down or eat overlooking the sea and the pool, with hammocks, a table and 4 chairs. Almost everything is new, restored, kitchen, bathroom, floor, mattresses, etc. There is a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, sheets, bath towels, cutlery, dishes, washing machine and new fridge. Double glazed climalix windows and mosquito nets. The windows and the terrace door have sliding shutters that can be closed or opened and there is always a very pleasant breeze, it is very ventilated.

It is a small residential complex, with a community pool and as many of the owners do not live there, there are almost no people, ABSOLUTE TRANQUILITY and silence. You seem to have the pool to yourselves almost always. It is a joy. And at the same time when they go out they have everything they could want.

Great location.For both the old town and the stripShame the picture of the pool had several sunbeds, but there was only one during our stay.Needs a smartphone for check-in which not everyone has.

Thank you for your comments. To make the check-in now is mandatory in Spain and there is nothing I can change. And I don´t like it eather, but these are rules now. I´m sorry. I will try to find out if it is possible to do it in another way which I don´t know if there is another chance.

Very bad communication!

Communication was very poor,initially it was excellent during the booking process but after we booked and paid communication was very poor which left us very anxious regarding how to get into the property.The property itself is very spacious but very tired looking in need of a makeover.Balcony doors didn’t open easily,air con when switched on kept tripping the electrics.TV Spanish speaking only and instructions on the wall regarding WiFi are wrong!Overall would I stay again if things stayed the same?No.PS situated up a hill so not suitable for the infirm.

This is a private apartment and everything is working different. some time hotels are better but it also cost more. I told you that I always explane 2 days before the arriving how to get the keys as a safety. You wrote so many emails and I´ve answered all of them. Where are the bad communication? You have everything you need and even more. Coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, water kettle to heat water, new big fitch. Lot of this things you don´t get it at any apart-hotel. On the platform is written that there isn´t any tv satellite you also asked me and I told you no, there isn´t. Then you can´t complain about it, you new that. The balcony doors are working perfect, I think it is you who can´t open it. Every body even children open it easily. Always everybody gets the wifi and internet, it´s only you complain it, you could ask me how to do it. About the hill is not so bad, it´s a bit exaggerated. My mother 80 years old and not good conditions are able to walk up. With Biosfera shopping center you can use the electric steps and also elevator. only about the aircondioning you are right, it is a bit tricky. But I will repair it as soon as the apartment is empty, thank you for telling me about it. Most of the people are very happy about this place and if they tell me that something is not very good then I fix it and get it better, that´s it. And now I bought new beds, new mattresses, new sofa and some others. And of course if you don´t want to use it anymore, you don´t have to.

L'emplacement était parfait pour nous qui avions pris un abonnement au centro deportivo fariones situé à 7mn à pied de l'appartement. La vue depuis la terrasse couverte était très bien aussi. Le logement était propre à notre arrivée. L'application "nuki" est à télécharger (un lien est transmis par l'hôte) pour ouvrir la serrure électronique de la 2ème porte du logement en plus d'une boite à clé pour la 1ère porte. La connexion wifi est très bien.Ce que nous avons moins bien aimé ce sont les équipements (mobilier, déco, vaisselle...) qui étaient dans l'ensemble vieillots et dépareillés. Par contre, le lave linge et le réfrigérateur avec congélateur étaient récents, parfait pour 4 (l'ancien réfrigérateur était encore au milieu du cellier). Il y a un pictogramme représentant un sèche linge sur l'annonce mais c'est en fait un étendoir à linge (sans pince) et il y a du vent à Lanzarote...Il y a bien un four mais pas de plat pour mettre dedans et les casseroles et poêles ont déjà bien vécu. Quelques petites fausses notes, qui seraient faciles et pas chères à améliorer. Au final, cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour.

Maravilloso apartamento en el Puerto del Carmen. A dos pasos del centro pero en una zona muy tranquila. El apartamente está totalmente equipado y es mucho más grande de lo que parece en las fotos. Cuando vuelva repetiré seguro!
