Sleeps 2/3. 1 bedroom apartment with communal pool / pool bar. Very popular holiday complex in a central location (Jable Bermudas). All amenities on your doorstep. Just 110yds walk to the beach with all water-sports. Ideal for families and couples.
XL kingsize bed in the bedroom with bed settee in the living area (see photos for reference). There is a charge of 50 pounds per week for the 3rd guest.
100 pounds non refundable deposit secures the booking with remaining payment required 4 weeks before arrival.
A minimum 5 day booking is required in the low season dates with 7 day minimum in high season. Check in 15:00hrs, check out 10:00am.

We hat a great time in this beautiful accommodation which was very well situated in Puerto del Carmen. We would definitely recommend it and book it another time again!

FANTASTIC APARTMENT - GREAT LOCATION

Fabulous apartment with lovely sunny terrace. Everything you would want was provided in the apartment, including a great book selection, DVD's, and all cooking utensils that you need to prepare some food if you want to. Right in the center of everything yet nice a quiet. The complex has a fabulous pool bar, offering great snacks and drinks with really friendly staff too. Will definately stay here again. 10/10

just arrived back from two weeks at this apartment. Did not disappoint at all. Very well equipped, and very clean bed very comfortable. Mark at pool bar very helpful and pleasant . I am quite small so had a problem with the mirrors only recommendation would be a full length one. Will def be going back next year. Complex is very central for all restaurant and bars. Beach is only a few min away.Cathie Glasgow

Bastante bien

El bungalow está muy bien aunque faltan algunos elementos como luz en el cuarto de baño (es imposible maquillarte allí), espejo de cuerpo entero, cuchillos que corten bien, alguna bandeja en la cocina, nosotras no cocinamos pero solamente hay dos cazuelas pequeñas. En la terraza da todo el día el sol así que es imposible desayunar ni comer fuera, faltaría una sombrilla grande. También nos faltó algún colgador. También tiene cosas buenas: La cama es muy grande y cómoda, lo mismo que el sofá que también lo usamos como cama. Suficiente ropa de cama y muchas toallas. Nos dejaron jabón de manos, estropajo, bayeta y lavavajillas que viene muy bien, también unas cerezas en el frigorífico. Cubertería y vajilla de sobra. Una TV enorme. Dos ventiladores. En general bien. Pongo como negativo que el propietario tarda bastante tiempo en contestar los mensajes y si le preguntas en fin de semana parece que le moleste. Gracias Robert

Excellent Apartment

Apartment had everything you could want and more. Check in was easy, apartment was lovely and clean. Great location, 2 minute stroll to supermarket, bars and restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate in booking again! :-)

Just back from this little gem 4 are anniversary and really enjoyed it very friendly staff Mark and grant at the poolside bar were amazing and the location was great shop's bar's restaurants and the beach just in walking distance wud definitely book this place again

Why they chose this property

Been visiting del Carmen for 12 years and stayed in loads of different complexes, we fell in love with the central location of this apartment. In my honest opinion you simply cannot fault whats on offer on it's door step. It's a well run complex with an excellent pool bar which all adds to make it an ideal spot to enjoy the year round climate that Lanzarote is famed for.

Perfect location, 2x spar supermarkets on door stop. Friendly staff with huge well run pool bar.
