Even the entryway of the building where the apartment is located has a hotel-like atmosphere and sets the mood for a holiday.<br>You can look forward to a high-quality, tastefully furnished apartment in a prime location right on the Jadebusen, which offers the best possible comfort for up to 4 people thanks to its clean-lined, modern design.<br><br>The apartment, which you can reach by lift or stairs, is located on the ground floor.<br>Through the small hallway, equipped with a functional coat rack and a large mirror, you enter the bright, spacious living-dining area. The entire apartment is both barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible, making it ideally suited for our guests with disabilities.<br>The small, state-of-the-art kitchen opens onto the living-dining area and is fully equipped. Among other things, it features a microwave-oven combination, a fully integrated dishwasher, and a fully automatic coffee machine.<br>The large, solid-wood dining table, complemented by four beautiful, comfortable chairs, invites you not only to dine but also to enjoy each other’s company.<br>In the living room, you’ll find a cosy, comfortable sofa that converts into a bed and can be used as a sleeping arrangement for two additional guests. The cosy armchair with a footstool also invites you to relax, unwind, listen to music, or watch TV.<br>From the spacious living area, equipped with an internet radio and flat-screen TV, you can step out onto the large, covered south-facing balcony, which features modern patio furniture and sun loungers. An electric grill is also available here.<br>Through the living-dining area, an elegant sliding glass door leads to the bedroom, which features its own flat-screen TV, a comfortable double box-spring bed, and a built-in closet. From here, you can also step directly onto the spacious balcony.<br>Keeping left from the entryway leads to the chic, cosy shower room with a toilet. The large, floor-level rain shower, a heated towel rack, and the illuminated mirror ensure the utmost comfort. The shower room is also equipped with a washing machine with an integrated dryer.<br>The barrier-free apartment features underfloor heating throughout, Wi-Fi, blackout pleated blinds (or curtains in the bedroom), and thoughtfully designed lighting.
