This family-friendly getaway provides a front-row seat to Fripp Island’s pristine landscapes and diverse wildlife. Enjoy the sounds of nature from your deck, stroll the sandy shoreline in search of turtles, shells, and starfish, or simply relax on the screened porch.
Inside, the open-concept design seamlessly connects the living area, dining room, and kitchen, featuring high ceilings and large windows that bring in natural light. The home’s inviting contemporary-cottage decor and modern furnishings create a comfortable space for relaxation. Unwind on the sectional sofa with a movie on the flat-screen TV or prepare a meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dine indoors at the family-style table or step out onto the screened porch, where a dining set offers ocean-view meals in the fresh air.
Pelican Watch accommodates up to 10 guests across four spacious bedrooms.  The king primary and guest primary suites feature flat-screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a full bath with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom offers direct access to furnished outdoor spaces with breathtaking beach or marsh views.
With direct beach access, guests can enjoy panoramic ocean views right from the shore. After a day of swimming and sandcastle building, rinse off in the outdoor shower and take advantage of the private washer and dryer.

No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all. 

 
Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Take advantage of a South Carolina state park pass included with the home. Or, take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

Pets - not allowed


If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards.
