This 4-bedroom completely renovated farmhouse is perfect for your escape to Charlevoix. Featuring 3 king beds and 2 twin beds, it comfortably welcomes guests of all kinds. The bathrooms include both a bathtub and a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. With decades of experience managing rentals in Charlevoix, every detail of this space has been thoughtfully curated including well-equipped amenities to make your stay feel comfortable and effortless. Inside, guests enjoy a cozy atmosphere with heating and air conditioning. It is only minutes from downtown Charlevoix, beautiful beaches and next to Belvedere Golf Course and the infamous Castle Farms. The property is onsite to a newly renovated event barn with availability to host your next event. Please message me to inquire about renting both properties. The event barn and main house are rented exclusively together as part of one private property experience. To ensure privacy and a seamless stay, the barn is not rented separately and will not be booked to outside guests during your stay. Experience the magic of Charlevoix at our farmhouse.
