The large lanai under truss affords another seating area with comfortable patio furniture, large screen tv and built in bbq grill. The cottage keeps guests cozy with heating and cool with AC, making every season enjoyable. Outside, the back yard is large enough for volleyball or a kick ball game, and Lake Clay is just steps away from the lanai! Dock with boat lift are convenient for docking your watercraft or boat, and the sand bottom lake is inviting for a swim.
