Splendid Star San Marco Square apartment located in the very heart of Venice 200 feet from San Mark's Square and only 4 minutes walking from the Rialto Bridge, with 4 windows and 2 balconies on the most important and famous street of Venice where there are all the most famous shops, hotels and restaurants. On the 3th floor of a 12 century Venetian building totally, completely renovated and newly furnished in 2014.
Brand new apartment, just refurbished ( 2014 ),it is composed by an elegant living room with a kitchen , 1 triple bedroom (1 king size bed + 1 single sofa' bed ) living room with 1 double sofa' bed, + 1 single sofa bed + 1 bathroom, + double chemotherapy shower, and air conditioned in every single room, Sky TV + satellite -internet TV - cable/tv/ and large led television in every single room , 5 windows + 2 balconies on the main and the most famous venetian street, and the view of the SAN MARCO SQUARE bell tower. ( Total sleeping 5 persons )

This apartment was incredible. The location was PERFECT and close to everything. The host communicated above and beyond with me regarding travel to the apartment. Loved the property, the detailed appointments for the stay (snacks, drinks), caring hosts. Really great communication with one exception - the details that I was sent to find the door were incorrect and my wife and I walked around dragging our bags for quite a while after a very long 40 hours of travel. The directions mentioned a Gucci and Swarovski store, which are nowhere near the property.

San Marco Square Apt AMAZING

The apartment was so easy to find with the detailed instructions from the Manager. The place as clean and just as described. Stairs are not for the weak of heart or LARGE suitcases, but we planned well for our time in Italy! We loved the local cafes in the morning and awesome selection of restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner. This location is awesome to see most of Venice and we will definitely come back and stay here again!! The snacks and coffee were a lovely treat to start out our stay as well. Thank you so much for your hospitality!! Enjoy the rest of your summer.
