This 4-bedroom historic, 19th century farmhouse is perfect for your escape to Cambridge. With a large family room with oversized couch and large TV, a cozy library room, and a large dine-in kitchen, there is ample room for everyone. The spacious front and side porch and the screened porch on the back invite you to enjoy the views and breeze anytime of the day. The 6-acre grounds feature a large pool. Enjoy fishing and crabbing from the waterfront and the dock. Explore the creek and beyond with its many birds and fish with the kayaks and a canoe (provided). Very private, with the house .8 miles from the public road, driving down a beautiful country lane. Guests will find a king bed, queen bed, two twin beds, and two sofa beds, offering plenty of space for everyone. With three full bathrooms and a half bathroom, mornings are a breeze. The home stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Located 6 miles, 10 min. by car, from downtown Cambridge. Broadband Internet and Wifi. Whether you’re relaxing inside or exploring nearby, this unique farmhouse provides a tremendous base for your getaway. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place.
