DIESES HAUS IST GEFÄHRLICH - Aber in der wohl besten Art die man sich vorstellen kann! Wir haben wirklich jeden einzelnen Tag unglaublich genossen. Wir waren tatsächlich mit 7 Personen im Haus (nicht die ganze Zeit), aber es kam einem zu keinem Zeitpunkt zu klein vor, oder zu gross wenn man auch mal nur als Paar dort war. Die Ausstattung ist grandios und ermöglicht es einem fantastische Abendessen zu kochen und diese gemeinsam an einem Tisch zu zelebrieren. Wir waren Anfang Anfang bis Mitte Juni im Haus und wenn man spät Abends vom Sonnenuntergang am Strand kam, wo man im übrigen in 6 min zu Fuß hinkommt, hat man den Kamin oben angemacht, damit man wieder ein wenig aufwärmen kann, oder man hat sich gemütlich zu einem nächtlichen Sauna Gang verleiten lassen um wieder auf eine wohlige Temperatur zu kommen. Aber auch einfach mal im Garten sitzen im Strandkorb war wundervoll. Das Haus ist einfach supermodern und perfekt gelegen, so das man an sich nicht mal ein Fahrrad benötigt um an den Strand, Supermarkt, den Dorfteich, oder zu einem netten Restaurant zu kommen. Hat man aber das Auto mit am Start ist das auch kein Problem, da es zwei sehr schöne Parkplätze vor dem Haus gibt. Auch der Service, der von Sylt-ER geboten wird ist Erstklassig. Grandioser Support und extrem einfache Abwicklung mit der Schlüsselübergabe, runden einen perfekten Urlaub ab. Definitiv ist diese Haus wie oben schon gesagt sehr gefährlich, da man erstens nicht unbedingt weg möchte und zweitens die Wahrscheinlichkeit sehr hoch ist, dass man direkt den nächsten Urlaub plant. Zusammenfassend kann man nur sagen, besser geht's nicht auf Sylt!

Gute Lage / sehr schöne Ausstattung

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage, sehr schöne Ausstattung - erwähnenswert ist die Ausstattung der Küche, da wir als 5köpfige Familie auch gerne mal kochen. Schöner Kamin ! Saunabereich im Keller ist ebenfalls toll gemacht! Wir haben uns rund um wohlgefühlt.

Die zentrale Frage ist doch immer, würden wir das Haus erneut buchen wollen: auf jeden Fall! Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und neu, der Grundriss war für uns perfekt. Die Lage finden wir ausgezeichnet, Bäcker 150 m, Feinkost Meyer vielleicht 500 m. Wir trafen die Eigner, die das Nebenhaus bewohnten. Sehr freundlich und am Wohl der Mieter interessiert, dabei aber auch sehr zurückhaltend. Gegenüber ist eine Feuerwehr und man könnte denken, da geht es mit Blaulicht laut zu, aber in den 2 Wochen haben wir keinen Einsatz erlebt. Insgesamt für uns alles perfekt. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub.
