Nettes Appartement mit allem Nötigen was man braucht.
Das Appartement liegt in einer Ferienanlage, welche im Sommer sicherlich sehr gut besucht ist.
Wir waren im Dezember da und hatten es sehr ruhig 😀
In der Anlage selber gibt es einen Edeka mit Bäcker, sowie viele weitere kleinere Geschäfte.
Zum Strand sind es nur etwa 10-15min zu Fuß.
Das Appartement war sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Der Kontakt zur Vermietung war sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Wir hatten ein paar sehr erholsame Tage in Sellin.

Danke für diese Bewertung. Und ja , es stimmt. Das Bad ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und wird deshalb jetzt ganz neu eingebaut. Das Bett und eine neue Schlafcouch wird auch erneuert.

Sehr kleine aber schöne Wohnung
Wohnung ist soweit gut eingerichtet (Wc Papierhalterung fehlte) in guter Lage und eher nur was für eine max. 2. Personen. Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann ist es der wirklich teure Preis für die kleine Wohnung.

Ja, 32 qm Wohnfläche ist nicht sehr groß und für 2 Personen ist es völlig in Ordnung. Es ist natürlich jedem seine Entscheidung mit 2 oder 3 oder 4 Personen die Wohnung zu mieten. Es ist ja nur ein Angebot. Der Preis für Hauptsaison bewegt sich im Mittelfeld. Das finde ich für meine Wohnung völlig in Ordnung

Kann man empfehlen. Klein aber fein. Umgebung etwas belebter aber passend für den Urlaub. Viele Wohneinheiten im Seepark. Gut geeignet wenn man viel unternehmen will. Gerne wieder.

Wohnung okay. Umgebung sehr gut.
Leider war die Wohnung nicht so gereinigt, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Die Größe ist auch merklich für zwei Personen ausgelegt. Aber für eine Woche kann man sich schon mal arrangieren. Ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn noch die Steckdosen in der neu eingebauten Küche montiert werden, ist auch diese komplett nutzbar. Ansonsten hatten wir in Sellin einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit vielen Erlebnissen.

Also, wenn man etwas sucht, um bei dieser gepflegten Unterkunft etwas zu kritisieren, dann das, dass die Türen zum Schlafzimmer (vom Eingang und vom Balkon) nicht komplett geöffnet werden können. Obwohl das Bett schmal ist, ist es für den Raum etwas zu groß. Das ist dann aber auch das Einzige. Wasser ist schnell warm und hat einen guten Wasserdruck. Der Balkon ist ausreichend groß, könnte aber eine Lampe haben. Die Küchenzeile ist funktional und umgänglich ausgestattet. Tiefgaragenplatz für das Auto ist sehr gut, genauso wie der abschließbare Fahrradabstellraum.
Angenehm wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel gewesen. In der Wohnung gibt es für die Kleidung genügend Stauraum.
