Schöne Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Tip: Spülmittel wäre toll. Kleiner Balkon. Nicht weit bis zum Strand und ins Zentrum. Kleines Manko ist das Parken. Nicht für alle 1 Platz. Ich möchte im Urlaub flexibel bleiben und den Tag spontan gestalten ob ich das Auto nehmen möchte oder nicht.

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht – ohne überflüssigen Schnickschnack. Sowohl auf den Betten als auch auf der Couch lässt es sich gut schlafen.Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung. Lediglich unter den Betten und in den Ecken hätte etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden können.Die Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt: Die Seebrücke ist in etwa sieben Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist.Besonders positiv sind der eingezäunte Garten, der sich hervorragend für Gäste mit Hund eignet, sowie die hundefreundlichen Gastgeber. Für Fahrräder steht außerdem ein Schuppen zur Verfügung, sodass diese trocken untergebracht werden können.Etwas schwierig gestaltet sich die Parksituation. Für sechs Wohnungen stehen nur etwa vier Parkplätze zur Verfügung. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zwar zusätzlich rund sechs kostenfreie Parkplätze, diese sind jedoch meist bereits belegt.Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Objekt war nicht sauber geputzt, wlan war unzureichend, nur 1 Schlüssel und keine Klingel am Objekt
