At the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower/toilet. To its guests the villa offers a swimming pool, a spacious terrace and parking places for three cars. Private parking secured inside property. The swimming pool and the garden are maintained once a week.

Cot is available on your request. Smoking is not permitted inside the house but only outside. Cash box is available for your valuables. Visitors of Villa Nina will need a car as the village is not accessible by public transport. Minimum period of rental in July and August is 7 days.

The area has many hiking and biking trails, wine trails and Poreč offers many sporting activities at sea. Grocery is at a distance of 3,5 km, restaurant at 3,5 km and the beach at 4,5 km.
