This charming 700 square foot open concept cottage is perfectly located for an easy, convenient stay! Just one block from campus and right across from the multipurpose building and football stadium, it’s a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and local hangouts. Whether you’re here for tailgating, visiting family on campus, or heading to the nearby military base, this vacation rental is the ideal spot for your visit.

The space
The home is designed like a hotel suite or a quirky studio apartment, with an open concept and two designated ‘bedrooms.’ The master bedroom, featuring a queen bed, flows from the living room into the kitchen. The second bedroom, with a twin bed, is located just past the kitchen and before the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer and accoutrements. Please be aware there are no doors on the bedrooms. For additional sleeping space, there’s a pull-out couch in the living room that can accommodate two.

You’ll also find a back deck with seating and a charcoal grill, perfect for outdoor relaxation! The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge, and wine cooler.

Please note: The driveway is steep and should be used at your discretion depending on your vehicle. Alternatively, you’re welcome to park on the street and there is generally plenty of parking out front.

Finally, the home is situated in the heart of campus life, which can be a lively area, especially on weekends during the school year. Be aware that the neighbors may be celebrating, and it could get noisy. We recommend considering this before booking a weekend stay.
