If you're looking for something truly special, you've found it. Perfectly positioned right on West Grand Traverse Bay along the iconic M-22, this newly renovated beach house sits directly across from Power Island, with rare, unobstructed island views from your own private stretch of shoreline.

The house sleeps up to 8 with a king primary suite, a queen guest bedroom, and a futon plus air mattresses, alongside spa-inspired bathrooms and a waterside sunroom.

Step onto the private beach with one kayak and one paddleboard included, relax across three deck levels, and gather around the beachside fire pit as the sun sets — on clear nights, keep an eye out for the Northern Lights. The private beach also transitions into an additional 150 ft of vacant sandy frontage guests can use.

Please note: this listing does not include an on-site camper or RV hookup, though separate RV pad or camper trailer options may be available on request.

Downtown Traverse City is about 11 minutes away, with Suttons Bay just 9 minutes and Sleeping Bear Dunes around 43 minutes further.
