What makes this unit so appealing is the location on the resort. Because of this, you will have 180 degree, unobstructed views of BVI, St. John, Thatch Cay, Pineapple Beach, etc. You are also only a few steps away from the pool and a 5 minute (literally) stroll to Sugar Beach - a small intimate beach where you will usually find yourself all alone on this small stretch of sand, a few chairs to enjoy the warmth of the sun's rays! Make your way into the water with your snorkel gear and explore the underwater reef and boulders seeing all kinds of different fish - having the beach to yourself makes the underwater snorkel even better!

Convenient East End Location - close to Coki Beach, Lindquist Beach, Red Hook, Sapphire Beach Resort, the Ferry to St. John, Warm Caribbean Waters and Tons of Restaurants to enjoy a night out!

We always recommend renting a car - it is truly the best way to explore St. Thomas - from the restaurants and beaches on the East End, to the Views from Mountaintop to the Beautiful Vistas on Skyline - Tree Limin Extreme on the Northside and Mermaids Chair on the West End - St. Thomas has it all!

Cancellation of rental amount: if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in, full refund minus $100 cancellation fee; if cancelled 29 to 14 days prior to check-in, 50% cancellation penalty; if cancelled 13 days to 0 days prior to check-in date, 100% cancellation penalty

Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby so they will be open, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!

Perfect home away from home

After some last minute charges to my itinerary, I was pleasantly surprised by this unit I booked a week before my arrival. Location was wonderful and felt very safe for a single woman traveling alone. The terrace view was incredible! Would definitely book this unit again.

We couldn't be happier with our recent vacation. The condo was great and everything we were looking for. Even though they were repairing some of the resort it had little affect on our overall enjoyment. Even better was that eddy, the owner, was genuinely concerned with our enjoyment. There were no surprises and we will return as soon as possible. Next time even longer. Make sure you explore the resort, especially the restaurant and surrounding nature paths. Lindquist and secret beach are incredible. Thanks soi much eddy for an incredible time.

Best bang for your buck on the island!!

I can’t say enough great things about this place! It was perfectly located in St Thomas and accessible to so many places! The little restaurant and bar in the resort (Shoreline) is adorable and convenient, and delicious! The air conditioning was the best I’ve ever ever had; it even got too cold one night! :) And Margaritaville next door was a blast. As always, the pictures never do it justice. This place is a must see!!! Eddy was so helpful and very responsive throughout the experience. We will definitely be coming back here in the future! Thank you Eddy and St Thomas for an unforgettable weekend!

Point Pleasant Resort is beautiful! The view from Eddie's Villa is amazing!

From our initial contact with Eddie until the day we came home, he made our vacation what it should be...easy and relaxing. The Villa was very comfortable and clean. We slept great in the bed. It's not a luxury Villa but for us, it didn't need to be. Sitting on that deck with morning coffee and taking in the beauty before us was the luxury we were looking for. The kitchen amenities included all we would need to prepare a meal although we chose to eat lunches and dinners out. There are beaches you can walk to and our favorite restaurant was the Shoreline Grill, which is on the resort. You can also rent equipment for snorkeling, paddle boarding etc right at the resort. You could have an amazing vacation and never leave Point Pleasant. We rented a car so we could venture out and explore the island. Eddie provided us with all of the information we needed to make our plans ahead of time. It should be noted that walking and driving at the resort involves steep hills and steps. They do provide a golf cart service to get you around if necessary but it's impossible to avoid going up and down steps. The staff were friendly and attentive. We pointed out a soft board in the walkway and an hour later it was replaced! We just want to say Thank You Eddie! for sharing Sea to Believe with us!

EXCELLENT APT/EXCELLENT LOCATION

Hubby and I booked this at the last minute. I was texting Eddy, the owner, as I was boarding the plane and arriving at St. Thomas. He was amazing, extremely helpful, accessible, and helped make our stay enjoyable, safe and memorable. We arrived a Sunday afternoon and left the following Sunday. We stayed 7 days here and it couldn't have been more perfect. The apartment is located in Point Pleasant Resort. Clean, beautiful, convenient, with breathtaking views...a little piece of heaven on earth. Everything is right at your disposal and Eddy is only a text away. His replies were prompt, provided our needs, and even cared for our safety while we went through the tropical storm Bertha. THANK YOU EDDY!!!! The resort itself is fabulous. The staff at Point Pleasant are friendly, courteous, and very resourceful. Point Pleasant is a distance from the airport, so you do need either your own rental or a taxi. We rented a car but made the mistake of not asking if we could take it to St. John. So, ask ahead. The ferry to St. John's is very close to Point Pleasant and the resort offers transportation to certain key locations within the island including the Ferry to St. John, beaches, and other local shops and attractions. They also have tours, day trips, rentals, and classes. You can also use their snorkeling equipment, with a 20$ refundable deposit (as long as you bring it back by 7p.m.) We used it everyday! We went beach hopping all over the island and we really got to see a lot of the island. Coki Beach, Lindquist Beach and Megan's Bay Beach are our favorites. Coki and Lindquist are very close to the resort and the offer transportation there, too. However, the pretties beach in St. Thomas, in our opinion, is Megan's Beach. Shop around for the local stores. We went to the Tutu Mall Area where you can find a Walmart, Walgreens, and a Cost U Less that has everything! And if you are an animal lover like us, go and check out the Animal Shelter. Definitely take the ferry to St. John. Trunk Beach is a must! Hubby snorkel his heart out and he absolutely loved it. He even saw an Octopus! I can't say enough about our stay. Even Bertha, thank God, wasn't bad. This apartment is perfect for two people. Hubby and I just celebrated our 24th and we couldn't have been more blessed. I don't typically return to the same place, been there done that kind of motto, but this is one place that I would certainly visit more often, and without hesitation, this is where I'd stay.

Beautiful Escape

This spot was just what we were looking for to get away from everday life things. It was easy to get to from the street, beautiful veiw of the Harbor while just a short walk from restaurants, pool & beach. Though there were a lot of steps we didnt mind the exercise. We look forward to coming back to the island with our children in the futre. I will mention that one of the sliding door handle is broken so it was hard to open and close and we did loose power a couple times but not for long but all were doable.

Xaverie was excellent with communicating about the condo and things to do in St. Thomas. Condo was clean with beautiful views of Smith Bay. It was well stocked with basic food items. Walking distance to Margheritaville and Coki Beach, our favorite. Point pleasant resort is beautiful with its 3 pools, small beach and nature trail.

Amazing View

Amazing views as you step out on to your private patio. The one bedroom apartment has everything you need for your visit and was very clean. We ate at both on site restaurants and took a walk over to Margaritaville and Coki beach. We had a car and we’re able to go to the grocery store for breakfast and lunch items. You can rent a cooler from the resort lobby to take items for your day trips. Would definitely come back.

What can I say, it was love at first sight when we arrived to St. Thomas. We love vacationing and enjoying everything the USVI (and neighboring BVI) have to offer. Diving, swimming in crystal blue waters, hiking, sailing, sipping on Cruzan rum, are some of our favorite activities.
In fact, my favorite two islands are Sardinia (Mediterranean) & St. Thomas.
However, I will admit that St. Thomas truly is the paradise I envisioned while daydreaming of the islands as a child. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions regarding St. Thomas and or even Sardinia.
