Spacious vacation apartment on a farm with a large, well-tended garden

Our holiday rental is located on the outskirts of Purgstall, right on the Erlauf River as it flows towards Scheibbs, making it a very central location. A large, well-maintained garden invites you to linger and relax. Many different and interesting places to visit, along with beautifully landscaped hiking and biking trails, will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES: Fishing, biking, horseback riding, swimming pool, children’s playground, tennis, golf course in Steinakirchen (15 km), ski area (20 km), hiking, museums, the Erlauf Gorge (a natural monument and European protected area), Wieselburg Fair EXCURSIONS: Lake Lunz, Mariazell, boat tours (Wachau), Reinsberg Summer Arena, Gaming Carthusian Abbey, local mountain “Ötscher.” A tip for our guests: “The Lower Austria Card”—available for EUR 52 and offering access to 314 attractions throughout Lower Austria. Thermal spas, abbeys, castles, palaces, museums, exhibitions, nature parks, adventure parks, sports & leisure, mountain railways, and even boat tours on the Danube. There’s something for everyone. Our 30 m² holiday apartment consists of 1 bedroom (with a double bed and a pull-out couch), as well as a kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. The rooms are fully equipped with bedding, dishes, and a TV. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. Free Internet – Wi-Fi. Our holiday apartment was completely newly built in 2019; it is located on the ground floor and is therefore barrier-free. We were inspected by “Urlaub am Bauernhof” in 2022 and awarded 4 Flowers. A deposit of 30% is charged upon booking. Please transfer the remaining balance one week before arrival. Check-in is from 1:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Key pickup: takes place in person on-site. The local tax of 2.60 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on-site. Pets are allowed upon request. Price per pet per night: 10.00 EUR.
