Our spacious holiday home, the “Schulgartenhaus,” in Welzin offers plenty of room for large groups or the entire extended family across 400 m², located right near the Baltic Sea and not far from Boltenhagen. The spacious seminar room, as well as the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, offer everything you need for a pleasant stay tailored to your needs.<br><br>The Schulgartenhaus in Welzin—Unbeatable for Group Vacations<br><br>Whether it’s a group trip, a celebration with friends, a club outing, or an extended family holiday, our cosy Schulgartenhaus in Welzin in the Klützer Winkel offers plenty of space for up to 25 people on its 2,000 m² property. Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you’ll find peace and relaxation here. Pets are more than welcome.<br><br>Accommodation:<br>A total of 12 people can sleep comfortably in 7 cosy single, double, and shared rooms (1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bed rooms). You’ll also find plenty of storage space for luggage and a quiet place to retreat. Each room has its own shower room. <br>For up to 7 additional guests, we’re happy to provide comfortable extra beds, which you can place anywhere in the holiday home as you wish.<br><br>Living/Dining Area:<br>The holiday home’s spacious living and media area is the perfect place to spend time together—not just when the weather is bad. There’s plenty of room for everyone to relax on one of our cosy sofa sets, or you can enjoy meals together in the large dining area. The large panoramic window offers a beautiful view of the natural surroundings. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire holiday home. <br><br>Kitchen:<br>Adjacent to the dining area, you’ll find a modern and fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Here, you can spend time together, and thanks to the open layout, you can always be part of the action even while cooking. Two dishwashers help you tackle large loads of dishes.<br><br>Outdoor Area:<br>The 2,000-square-meter garden is ideal for a wide range of activities. Here, children can play under supervision, and there’s plenty of space for your dog or other pets as well. Comfortable patio furniture is provided for everyone at the holiday home. We have a large trampoline here—not just for the kids.
