Other Things to Note:

As of May 2026 | The HOA has started a project to replace the front balconies at this property. There may be construction noise and workers around the unit. The HOA has also asked that guests use the sliding glass doors in the back for access; temporary stairways have been installed so the back doors can be accessed. There also may be outdoor furniture being stored in the unit until it is able to be put back on the balconies.
