The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. Available for use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities and terrace.

Dramalj. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives occasionally in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house.
