Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Apartementhaus und ist modern eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt im Ortszentrum. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenliege, Kinderspielplatz, Schaukel, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Pavillon, Gartenmöbel, Hollywood-Schaukel und Lagerfeuerplatz. Der Whirlpool ist für 5 Personen geeignet und die Sauna ist für 2 Personen geeignet.
