Sporting a modern, coastal design, the interior features a bright, open layout. With modern essentials including central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The kitchen boasts a custom backsplash, custom counters, and updated stainless-steel appliances. Breakfast bar seating is available for four, and a four-seater dining table is set for full meals. This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.
This condo is currently for sale, and we may request showings during your stay.
For an additional sleeping option, there’s a queen sofabed in the living room
