The Space:

You'll know you've arrived at the beach when you walk into this brightly decorated two-bedroom condo at Gulf Place. A relaxing private balcony overlooks the fountain with partial views of the gulf. The home is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen featuring clean white cabinetry, and wood laminate and tile floors throughout. You'll be located directly across the street from the beach and enjoy private access as a guest of Gulf Place, so don't forget to use the outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand after a day of sun and surf! Later, take advantage of the shared charcoal grill to host an evening barbecue with friends and family.



You'll be really close to all the great local seasonal events like the Seeing Red Wine Festival, 30A Half Marathon, 30A Songwriters Festival, and more. You should also check out some live music at the Seaside Amphitheater, less than seven miles away in Seaside. While you're there, hit up Bud & Alley’s Waterfront Restaurant to catch a sunset. Don't forget: if you predict the exact time of the sunset, you'll win a free drink! For rooftop dining, boutique shopping, and lots more, visit Rosemary Beach five and a half miles down 30A.

The area is beautiful..

But the apartment itself is in very bad condition..the kitchen cabinets are dirty..the windows are also very dirty, lots of dust...the dishwasher is bad...when you open the door the dishwasher comes out .If you don't look at all that the apartment is good.

Great place in Santa Rosa Beach

Property was as advertised, close to the beach and many restaurants, and of course Pecan Jack's! From the balcony you can see a little bit of the Gulf. The pool area and hot tub were good. It was quiet at night, and the wifi worked fine. I would stay here again.

This condo is super nice! It is equipped with everything you need. It’s located in a little square surrounded by fun shops, booths and restaurants and it’s only a short walk to the beach! But that doesn’t mean it’s a overcrowded area, very calm and low key!

We love gulf place! We can walk to restaurants and the beach. The beach access is great too. First time staying in this unit. It wasn't as clean as I was expecting...mold in the bathrooms. Other than that it was great!

We enjoyed our stay here, it was our first time. The property and location was great- beach was absolutely gorgeous. My only suggestion for the unit is a deep cleaning- like everything - fans, AC , dust, and mop. And please invest in upgrading your tv’s and outdoor patio furniture. Otherwise great place.

Fun in the Summer Rain

We loved our stay. The rainy week didn't dampen our spirits or slow us down - the pool and beach stay open in the rain! Kids loved it. Condo was great and accommodated my wife and 4 kids very well. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 and my cousin and her husband. The beach access is so convenient and we will definitely be back next summer! The only thing I wish was different was a “check out list” of sorts. I called the office and didn’t get a call back a couple days in but wish I didn’t leave not knowing what we were responsible for. We washed all of the towels just incase that was our responsibility. Overall a wonderful trip!

Great Place...

We loved this cute little condo! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (we have kids ages 8, 6, 4). It had all of the amenities that were described online. We ate out most of the time, so we didn’t use the kitchen that much except for breakfast and sometimes lunch. We did have to utilize the table to store some pantry items because there wasn’t a place to put them. This was super close to the beach and loved the fact that we could walk across the street to get there. The umbrella and two chairs that come with this condo was a bonus. The kids also loved having the pools as another option. The only complaint that I have (and it’s really small) is that there really isn’t a place to hang all of the towels. We had all of our beach towels, plus the towels we used in the condo after showers. Maybe a towel rack of some sort out on the balcony would help with the beach towels to dry.
