We were not familar with the area and were fortunate to find this charming and cozy home in beautiful and historic Yellow Springs. Such a peaceful and quiet setting; the house is well equipped with anything that guests might need, and Alyssa was very responsive and informative when we had questions.

We got married next door at The Washington and the location was very convenient. The bedrooms and bathrooms are dated but due to the age of the property it was understandable.

House was very well stocked for a long-term stay. A good size for a couple or a small family. The property and surrounding environment were very serene. Perfect for a morning coffee or evening beverage on the patio. The host was very attentive to our needs over the course of the 4 week stay. Neighbors were friendly too! The little village of Yellow Springs had lots of history and a very interesting arts vibe. Overall, a great stay.

Holiday stay

We think of the yellow springs house as our home away from home. We use it as a base to visit family and it was wonderful to return again this year. We love the location and the property and Chris/Alyssa are great hosts.

Pleasant short stay

The house said everything you could possibly need while you stay there. It is in a beautiful neighborhood very quiet. We really enjoyed our weekend there and it’s nice because you can bring your dog.

Family wedding stay

This property was perfect for my nephew’s wedding at the Washington. Everyone was jealous we were able to walk to and from the event! The house was cozy and comfortable. Fortunate we were able to stay in a rural Pennsylvania neighborhood for our first stay to the state.
