The Space:

Enjoy a view of the pool from this fabulous condo near the Gulf! Fresh air and sunshine comes easy on this condo's private furnished balcony. Inside, you can take in the view from the long corner couch while enjoying central air conditioning. The elegant dining area and full kitchen are directly connected, adding to the laid-back-atmosphere. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan, and the built-in bunk beds will provide plenty of room for younger guests to relax. All guests of this condo can enjoy access to Gulf views, two lagoon-style pools (one with seasonal heating), tennis courts, fitness facilities, and over nine acres of lush grounds to enjoy during their stay. The private washer/dryer will take on your swimsuits at the end of the day while you relax and take in the view.



Things to Know

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.

The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.

2nd visit to Amalfi Coast

The initial door code didn’t work so I contacted Vacasa and was given a different code which did work. The condo was just as it was advertised. There were a few minor issues which I did address the very next day by email and phone, no one ever came to fix the issues. That part was disappointing. The only other thing I would have liked is an outside light by the keypad, at times it was kind of difficult to see the keypad numbers. Other than that, we enjoyed the pools and fire pit area.
