The Space:

*CONSTRUCTION NOTICE* Beginning April 2026, the tennis courts will be demolished and be remodeled into more parking. This project is estimated to take 8 weeks and during this time you will experience noise and notice workers and equipment onsite during working hours.



Nestled in the Mainsail Resort community, this 3BR/3BA corner-locale condo presents Gulf views, a balcony, and two suites. The emerald waters of the coast are just a leisurely stroll away with convenient on-site beach access and provided beach chair/umbrella service.



Amazing on-site amenities include multiple pools, tennis courts, a hot tub, sauna, game room, and shuffleboard courts.



* Please note that after Labor Day 2021, renovations to the exterior of Mainsail Condominium Resort will resume. Noise during the renovation can be expected and at that time. *
