The Space:

Beautifully situated overlooking Lake Carillon and nestled in the thick of the palm trees, this suite-style, waterfront condo offers a number of unique features for a memorable stay. Enjoy a beautiful wraparound patio with a table and chairs for outdoor dining at golden hour. You'll have access to many community amenities as well, including hot tubs and swimming pools. The condo is also only a short walk to the lake and beach!



Carillon Beach has two on-site restaurants less than one mile from your door, Our Little Beach Café and Phat Crab. You're also less than two miles from several local favorites. Three miles to the west, step into a bit of luxury at Rosemary Beach. If you're feeling adventurous, take lessons at nearby Walkin' On Water Paddleboards less than half a mile away.



Things to Know



The fireplace is not operational.



Golf carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.



The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.



Guest Access:

AGE RESTRICTED PROPERTY, ALL GUESTS MUST BE 25+ TO BOOK. Please be aware that there is a $35 Amenity Fee to access all amenities in the gated community including the beach walkovers.

The Amenity pass registration will be sent out 3-5 days prior to guests' arrival.

ARRIVAL: Check-in starts at 4 PM CST

You may check into your condo using the code in the check-in email, codes do not active until 4:00pm

If you arrive after hours, no check in is necessary you can go straight to your unit!



The Neighborhood:

Explore the vibrant neighborhood surrounding our beachfront condo in Panama City Beach! Step directly onto the pristine white sands and enjoy the sun, surf, and stunning views. You're perfectly positioned to witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. For entertainment, Pier Park is a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and WonderWorks. If the weather isn't cooperating, enjoy indoor fun at Dave & Buster's or catch a movie at the AMC theater, also located at Pier Park. Embrace the 'Fun in the Florida Sun' and create unforgettable memories!



Other Things to Note:

Security is on-site.

FRONT DESK: The front desk is open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.

FITNESS CENTER: There is a fitness center on site, but purchase of a membership is required.

POOL: The pool/hot tubs are open from 8 am to 10 pm. No horseplay is allowed.

QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Thank you!

RULES: No smoking allowed.

AC: Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees to avoid issues.

Please also keep the balcony doors closed while the AC/heat is on.

BEACH SERVICES: Beach chair service is complimentary for the home from March 16th – October 31st

Complimentary beach chairs are located at walkovers 6 & 7.

LUGGAGE CARTS- Luggage carts are located near the elevators, first come first serve.

PARKING: Palm Coast Code Chapter 44-Parking on the street or lawn is prohibited. -Parking in the swales is prohibited between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. -Only licensed passenger vehicles, which include an automobile, motorcycle, moped, passenger van, SUV, or pickup truck may be parked in residential zones.-Recreational vehicles may not be used for overnight lodging in any driveway.-No vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on undeveloped private property.-It is prohibited and unlawful to park or store a utility trailer at any time.-Trailers and recreational vehicles must be stored in an off-site storage area (RV’s, Boats, travel trailers, utility trailers, etc.) No commercial vehicles allowed. Should you have any questions about what is allowed to be parked at this residence, please contact us immediately.

THE BEACH: The 'wet sand beach' is not private property, so enjoy sitting, relaxing or building sandcastles on the white sandy beaches. If you dig holes in the sand, please fill in the holes so baby turtles just hatched, don't get trapped in the holes. The 'dry sand dunes' are off limits. It’s considered private property. Sea oats and sand dunes act as a wall to help protect property from storm surges. The dunes are also part of the coastal ecosystem that hosts a wide range of animals. From shoreline birds, beach-nesting birds, sea turtles, and dune mice. The survival of these animals is by protecting the sea oats and sand dunes which are very fragile and cannot survive being trampled on.





FAQS: Is there any food at the vacation home? No. All open food products including salt, pepper, sugar, seasoning and coffee are thrown out after every check-out. Is there an ice maker on the property? No, every unit has a refrigerator with an ice maker.

Is there a daily housekeeping service? No, cleans are performed at the end of each guest's stay.

Is the pool heated? No, but there are hot tubs on site as well.

Is there a church or chapel at the resort? Yes, The Carillon Community has a chapel.

What time is checked in? Your check-in will be promptly at 4 PM.

Is there entertainment close by? Yes, Pier Park (Panama City Beach), an outdoor mall with plenty of places to choose to Eat, Drink, Shop & with Entertainment that includes a fishing pier, Dave & Busters and the Sky Wheel Ferris wheel.



CELL PHONE RECEPTION: Your vacation is in paradise. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest white sands. Refreshing and relaxing. Unfortunately, this beauty limits the number of cell phone towers in the area. The coverage is marginal with one or two bars and even worse when the network is over capacity with thousands of visitors in town.
