The Space:

Ready for a beach vacation? This beautifully updated first-floor condo awaits to make those dreams come true. Your stress will melt away as you open the door on the bright white and beachy blue color scheme. After the kids call dibs on which of the bunks they want, open your sliding glass doors to your lakefront, covered balcony and take a seat in on the cushy sectional while you consider what to do first. You’re steps away from the beach with Laketown Warf’s two beach access areas, restaurants, bars, shopping, mini-golf, and more. One of the complex’s five shared pools or the two shared hot tubs might make for a good first stop too. After a day of exploring, if you’re making dinner at home, the well-equipped kitchen makes it easy. The chef can take advantage of all the appliances and plenty of counter space for prep while the gang chills on the sofa in the adjacent living room or supervises from one of the barstools at the breakfast bar. There’s a cozy table for four when it’s time to eat, or take your meal back outside to the balcony and watch the nightly light show at 8 PM. Later, settle in on the sofa for family game night and some TV on the flatscreen before calling it a day. Condo equipped with family games and beach accessories; beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, etc to make your travel load a little lighter.

Bring the whole family!

We loved the location of this property close to everything, and just a short walk to the beach. The amenities were amazing the property had everything you needed. we also enjoyed the water show on the Bayside every night.

This place was amazing they have everything you need. In walking distance to many stores and lots of shops on the ground floor. 5 pools to choose from and private beach access. This condo has every thing from a beach wagon, umbrella, cooler and lots of toys for the kids including an air pump. I will definitely book this condo again for our next beach trip.

Great location

Location perfect, size of condo great! Needs some TLC, outdoor furniture in poor condition, needs replacing. Cleaning service prior stay was poorly done. Only tv service was streaming. Living room couch needs replacing, no support, sink into it. Would suggest some cleaning supplies and broom to tidy up.

Comfortable Condo

The condo itself was comfortable. There is not enough kitchen items to cook properly, nor is there any basic cleaning supplies to address any messes. Elevators are a mess in the afternoon. Be prepared to wait. Overall the condo was a nice space for a few nights.

The elevators never working the new parking is unreasonable being that the elevators are down to 1 available , but the condo and stay was great the , bathroom wasn't clean properly being I'm a manager of a cleaning services I took care of it another guest would of complained

Great Clean place

The apartment was clean and location was very good. The elevators are a bit of a hassle to deal with. But that is the case in general with any big condos in PCB. Also it was a bit of a misunderstanding with the wifi info and how to get in the condo. (Wrong codes and passwords) Took a while to get that cleared up. In general it was good.

Has a lot of potential BUT…

…the couches were old and extremely uncomfortable. The pull out bed was horrible. The master bedroom was the warmest room in the house and had no blackout curtains. The kitchen and bathrooms were fine. Overall fine just needs some updates and better minor maintenance. The location was nice because it was walking distance to a lot of things!

Stay hear to avoid the elevators

So the Laketown Wharf property is showing some age but this room was amazing. Very clean. Plus being 1st floor you didn’t have to deal with the elevators, which the reviews are 100% accurate - crazy slow! Checkin at the front was also very slow and long lines at 4pm. Property has great access to the beach. Tacos shop on grou level is excellent. Just go early to ensure they don’t run out. Sandwich shop also good. The room is stocked with beach supplies like toys and wagons and such. If you are going at Laketown Wharf highly recommended this room.

Lackluster

While the write up and other reviews sounded great, the condo was very lackluster. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, broken blinds (that management were supposed to come fix but never did), trash on the balcony, dirt in the floors, and all surfaces needed a good dusting. Condo is further away from the beach than the reviews would have you believe. Access to the beach was hard to handle with a wagon due to having stairs and no ramp. Laketown Wharf overall seemed a little dingy. I will not be staying at this facility again.

A Mediorce vacation

This is one unit in approximately 800 units that has been weathering for nearly 20 years. The deterioration of the physical property is a continual money pit for the owners and the layers of management (Verbo, Vacsa, and Laketown warf) that depend on unaware renters to help support the continually escalating cost to maintain these units. What we get as a result is a run down unit with rust everywhere, rugs that are dirty beyond belief that are trip hazards and dated furniture that you would be embarrassed to let your parents use. Not enough silverware, doorstops broken, rods bent beyond functional use.... need I say more?

Perfect condo!

We have been staying at the wharf for 5 years. This condo was so clean, updated and in the perfect location. 1st floor eliminating the need to use the elevators( which can be slow at times), close to the parking garage, and right above the office making getting parking passes and wrist bands very quick and accessible. The balcony gives you a great view of the light show and was equipped with very nice furniture and all kids of items for the beach ( chairs, umbrella and toys) Communication was simple and quick even with a Minor issue with the door code that was resolved with a quick text. We love the location just a quick walk across the street and you are on the beautiful beaches of PCB with easy access to Walmart and Pineapple Willy’s We love the light show and the shops at the Wharf as well. My kiddos love the ice cream place that’s right on the property. Small details if you enjoy sleeping in there are no blackout curtains in the master room and the sun shines directly in bright and early. Also some of the on-site restaurants close for the season around October 1. So if you are fall breakers like us you might not have access to some places. However,we would 100% book again!
