About this property

Holiday cottage in the countryside, family-friendly

You are on vacation in our parents' house. It is still a special place for us and we want you to feel at home there. In 2021 we renovated and furnished the house. The ground floor with kitchen, bathroom, living room and a single bedroom can be reached without stairs (via flat slopes), as is the covered patio. On the first floor there are 3 further bedrooms, a small play area and a sun terrace with loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment); a washing machine is available.
The house is quiet and surrounded by greenery. There is a meadow for playing and a sandpit. A hammock invites you to relax.
You can quickly reach all tourist attractions by car. The nearest shop is approx. 800 m away, as is a bus stop.
Small walks and longer hikes can be started directly from the house. Access to Residenzweg is approx. 400 m away.

Wir haben über Silvester einen schönen Urlaub mit unseren drei Enkeln gehabt. Das Haus ist gerade für Kinder gut eingereichtet. Spiele und Spielzeug waren ausreichend vorhanden.Vor allem die Ausstattung der Küche war für die Personenanzahl ausreichend. Es gab exotische Sachen, wie Messer, die auch tatsächlich schneiden und Pfannen in denen nichts anbrennt.Besonders liebevoll; 6 Handtuchsets in unterschiedlichen Farben.Trotz der Bahnlinie in unmittelbarer Nähe war es sehr ruhig.

5 Sterne plus

Wir waren als Familie (Mama, Papa, Tochter, Schwiegersohn und Enkelkind) hier. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und großzügig ausgestattet. Auch wenn wir jahreszeitbedingt gar nicht alles nutzen konnten entging uns nicht die Liebe im Detail. Es ist großer Luxus wenn man nicht jede Kleinigkeit mitbringen muss. Da fühlt sich der Urlaub mehr nach Urlaub an. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft und die Vermieter uneingeschränkt weiter.

Idealer Standort, um OWL rund um Hermann und Externsteine zu erkunden.

Komplett und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit 4 Zimmern. 4 ehemalige Studienfreunde haben ein langes Wochenende hier verbracht und Wanderungen zu den Externsteinen und zum Hermannsdenkmal gemacht.

Vom Meschesee bis Bückeburg

Wir - eine Gruppe von 4 Frauen - haben unseren Kurzurlaub im "Haus Gerda" sehr genossen. Sowohl die Spaziergänge und Wanderungen in näherer Umgebung als auch die Besuche in den umliegenden Städtchen haben dazu beigetragen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem, was zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt beiträgt, ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
