This jaw-dropping, beachfront condo at Sterling Shores Resort is exactly what you need to experience Florida and its charms just like a local would! Treat your group to a tasty meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and kick back and relax in the furnished balcony to admire the ocean views. Take advantage of the shared amenities the resort offers that include swimming pools, a gym, a seasonal snack shack right next to the pool area, and more! What’s nearby: Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park has everything for everyone! Boasting lazy rivers, waterslides, swimming pools, kiddie rides, and more, it's the perfect place to bring your entire family and it's only two miles away! If you're looking for something more relaxed, the Henderson Beach State Park is 0.8 of a mile and there you can hike, enjoy the panoramic views, maybe book a boat tour, etc. Looking to hit the Links? Check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country club. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

The location. was perfect for quick beach access and was very clean. We were flying in so couldn't bring groceries. A few things:1 - Theres no essentials so like salt, coffee, sugar or oil for cooking. This is annoying when only coming in for a few days. 2 - There is roof construction 7am-7pm every day that is loud. It woke everyone up daily.Otherwise, it was well stocked. Also, for the beach. By forewarned that the chair rental fees are no accurate. it was posted 100 a day for five chairs and umbrella but was 190 with taxes.As a quick tip, hit the Candy Store near by for ice cream and beach accessories.
