Great location but some issues with the room

The handle in the shower is broken and would fall off every time we used it. Which was a minor inconvenience. There were not any blankets or pillows for the sofa bed. This would have been much appreciated as we had to purchase a blanket to accommodate our needs. Although these are downfalls, they are not things that would prevent us from having a good experience, until…. We found cockroaches in the sofa bed! This is completely unacceptable! For the price of the room, I would expect better. I’m a pretty understanding individual however it was very upsetting and made it extremely difficult to feel comfortable and relax in the space.
